Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a defective item and wish to exchange it, please email or call our consumer service team at (718)215-1599. If we have additional stock of the returned item, we will exchange for the same item. If we no longer have stock of the returned item, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to provide you with a similar replacement item, of our choosing, of equal or lesser value. If we accidentally sent you the wrong items, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange.
