Gentler than peppermint, the Spearmint essential oil, or Mentha spicata, is a great option to promote digestion, improve concentration, eliminate headaches, diminish stress, and increase blood circulation, while still having the strong minty fragrance and flavor you are looking for. Uplifting and calming, spearmint will improve focus.


  • Diffuse to ease tension
  • Apply to toothbrush before brushing teeth for fresh breath
  • Add a drop to your smoothie or salad dressing for a minty twist to aid digestion
  • Drink 2 drops with 2 oz water to ease occasional upset stomach


Diffuser: Diffuse up to 1/2 hour 3 times daily.

Topical: Dilute 1 drop with vegetable or olive oil and apply to desired area as needed.

Internal: Add 2 drops to liquid
